Jihad... Christian Style

-

-
Dear Rick Sanchez,
-
Is it not clear that what the Pastor Terry Jones (of the Dove World Outreach Center) wants to do is at all familiar? He plans to burn a holy book on the basis of a hatred for that said religion. He wants his followers to smile at the "devil worshipers" (as Hitler called the Jews) during the day only to pray for their damnation come Sunday night. This very act (the burning of the Quran) greatly resembles the burning of the Bibles in Berlin.
-

-
During Hitlers reign in Nazi occupied Germany he led a campaign of defamation and mud slinging before instigating the outright slaughter of "undesirables". Jews, Gypsies, mentally ill, homosexual, political dissenters, Jehovah Witnesses, and Poles were slaughtered as a result of his hate mongering. Pastor Terry has unfortunately decided to preach the same mind numbingly stupid and ethnocentric tripe as Adolf.
-
His desire to control the masses is clear when one looks to his YouTube channel.
-

-
The man is more of the devil than Islam is and yet you desired to "debate" with this cult leader?
-
I rarely agree with CNN's point of view... and for those who know me, that may be an understatement. But this is one time that I cannot disagree. We here in America cannot accept this sort of racist propaganda. We cannot accept it when it comes from the Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhist, Whites, Blacks, Republicans, or Democrats.
-
I have decided to write this in a letter form because you look like the kind of guy that Googles himself. So I'm going to invite you to look around this blog.
-
We here at Alder's Ledge support all freedoms and rights the Constitution provides. This is one case where it seems that CNN agrees with us. So for that I would like to say thank you. However, I would also like to clarify for all those in the media or of the liberal mindset... "Christians" in Jim Jones (Terry, sorry... got that mixed up) "flock" do not represent those of us you might call "Evangelical".
-
I would also like to inform all those who have read this that Alder's Ledge will be expounding upon this subject as "International Burn A Quran Day" approaches.
-
Sincerely,
-
The Grand Phooba.

Neo-Nazi Solutions to French Racism

-
"The Roma Question"
-

-
Antiziganism is the official term for the racist views demonstrated against Romas (or Gypsies). No better place is this made evident than in France, Italy, Greece, Spain, and Germany (other nations are saturated with it too in Europe).
-
Under Nicolas Sarkozy the French state has taken a nosedive back into the 1930s. Passing laws without much opposition, Sarkozy has made it legal for the Gypsy population to be fingerprinted, searched without warrant, and deported without given cause. Their belongings can be seized by the government and their homes literally torn to the ground without legal justification. (Kind of makes Arizona look good in comparison)
-
In 2008 the most disturbing case of European racism came up in the news when two Roma girls were found dead on an Italian beach. Instead of reporting the dead girls the locals and some tourist decided to "enjoy the day sunbathing" just feet from the dead girls. Sadly, this incident was just one of many that had been occurring across Europe without any police reports or public concern.
-
Now it seems Europeans aren't happy with the occasional deaths and the continued persecution of Romas and Gypsies. No, instead the French have begun to bring up the "Roma Question" (note that Hitler used the same expression in reference to the Jewish population).
-
As early as 1996 the group for Human Rights, Amnesty International had shown concern over the way French authorities have treated Romas. In '96 a French Police Officer was accused and then released from prosecution after fatally shooting 8 year old Todor Bogdanovic. However the French Government stuck to their ruling even after sufficient evidence indicated the officer of shot the child without cause. Soon after the evidence even showed the officer had shot into the car after having expressed racist remarks. (He seemed to have thought the Romas were Muslims since they were fleeing 1995 Serbia.)
-
Now days the shootings have become more pronounced as the French Police legally harass the 20,000 Romas. They claim that the population of Gypsies in France has risen to 400,000 since legal immigration began nearly two decades ago. However the "illegals" (as Sarkozy says) number less than 5,000 of all "travellers" populations. Of the 20,000 Romas in France, less than a half of a percent is illegally residing in France.
-
According to the French Interior Minister, Brice Hortefeux, since 2009 9,875 Romanian and Bulgarian Romas have been deported. He is unwilling to admit that many of these were seized by the French police in the middle of the night and deported without trial or judicial justification. He is on the other hand willing to say in the papers that these "racaille" (in English; "scum", "thugs", "rabble", "scoundrels", "lowlife", and "riffraff") were electronically fingerprinted and documented regardless of age.
-
This sorta method of creating "Leben Raum" is a direct reflection of the Nazi's "Final Solution".
-
And more surprisingly this method is in direct violation of the French laws that currently exist on the books. According to French law it is mandatory for all communities in France with a population of 5,000 or more to make camps available to the travelling community. Thusly it is unlawful for Sarkozy to tear down these said encampments under his decree that they are "unlawful". And yet over the last two years Hortefeux has had 200 of the 300 Roma's camps down.
-
All of this is leading many Human Rights groups to question just how far the socialist ideals will spread? Just how much can the working class of Romas and Gypsies tollerate this kind of abuse? And how long will it be before the Europeans begin to order all Romas to wear visual indicators of their "ethnic background"?

Sarkozy on Racist Soapbox... Again

-
And again... and again...
-

-
It seems that the great phooba of France just can't keep his racist views to himself these days. When it came to the "Muslim Question" ol' saint Nicolas decided to attack their headscarves. Now when it comes to the "Roma Question", well Sarkozy is just going to attack them outright.
-
Racial hatred of the Gypsy communities (and the Roma) in Europe has long been prevalent. In Germany it was brought to its most "reasonable" conclusion in World War Two when the Nazi Reich slaughtered the Gypsies in the Holocaust. As part of the Turkish Ottoman Empire in World War One the Gypsies were expelled in much the same manner as the Armenians. And today, well today they have to face the constant marginalization of European Union governments.
-
In Italy Roma girls recently were killed on a public beach and covered with beach blankets. Local citizens actually came out to the beach that day and "enjoyed nature" all the while ignoring the dead bodies. Some women and children actually sunbathed and built sandcastles within a dozen feet from the bloody beach towels and crimson sand.
-
Currently Sarkozy is looking for the "expulsion of all illegal encampments". This comes after a law last year that made it unlawful for French towns to opt out of building areas for the said "illegal encampments". So it is becoming clear that the far-right government in France is pursuing similar conditions to those of Warsaw Jews in the 1930s and 1940s. Romas and Gypsies will either gather in these "designated" housing areas or be forced out of France all together.
-
Like Hitler, Sarkozy is looking to capitalize on an isolated incident to justify his racist agenda. Referencing the "rioting" of so called "Travellers and Roma" youth in Saint Aignan (France), Nicolas is trying to push his bill. On the other hand he wishes people will look past the fact that this unrest was caused by a police shooting that is still under investigation. In a modern sorta way, this would be similar to a Roma Kristallnacht.
-
The images Nicolas Sarkozy paints of these "travellers" would make anybody of sound reasoning picture millions of wandering thugs and beasts. In reality however, France only boast a minute number of Romas and Gypsies (an estimated 400,000 in all). So why all the anger?
-
Currently Gypsies and Roma are legally subjected to persistent police inspection and governmental discrimination. This has drummed up plenty of racial tension amongst the "traveller" population and the "rest of French" population. Combine this with the ever lingering bigotry in Europe and Russia for the minute number of Romas and Gypsies left and you get the modern problems in France and elsewhere.
-
Nicolas Sarkozy and other "right-wing" racist in Europe are just looking to build their political carriers on the narrow minded views of the European liberals. The threat of change in the traditionally "Christian Europe" is what has driven these long standing racist views to the surface. And with this Sarkozy has decided to label Romas and Gypsies as everything from violent, drug traffickers, and aliens.
-
Sadly enough the populace of France seem to be falling in line with their leader's views.
-
Yet if you look at Europe you can find all the problems listed above as being uniquely European issues. Drugs were made legal to use and buy in many European countries. With this you will always get an influx in the illegal transportation of the substance you wish to ban. It is never possible to legalize a drug for use and yet keep it illegal to transport (Denmark, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland).
-
With the issue of violence, well this is usually linked to the fact that nobody in a "free" European nation is allowed to defend themselves. With outrageous laws that prohibit self defense Europeans are left open to crimes that would otherwise be preventable. Then you add in the idea that "guns kill people" and allow you government to outlaw firearms... well once again the general population is left open to violent encounters in which they can not fight back.
-
As far as the idea that these "peoples" are aliens in French society... well that is most likely correct. Not legally of course due to the fact that many of these Romas and Gypsies are coming from countries that are new members to the European Union. However when you factor in the racial stereotyping and the governments' laws allowing for the finger printing and DNA testing of "traveller populations"... well they might as well be from a different planet.
-
The real question here is if France will lead a new racist charge here? Will European socialist get another piece of racist legislation passed? And if Sarkozy will be able to use the Roma population as his scapegoat like Hitler did some 75 years ago?

Still Hiding Behind the Burqa

-
French Lawmakers Puffing Smoke...
-

-
To many it would seem bizarre in a way to think that a mere 2,000 veiled women are causing a major bill to be passed in France. 2,000 is a spit in the bucket when it comes to the total population of women in the European country. Yet President Sarkozy calls the Islamic veil, better known as the burqa, a "sign of enslavement and debasement".
-
Seems like an overreaction to me.
-
Don't get me wrong. The infamous burqa is a bit to conservative for my taste. However, I would be the last person on earth to tell anybody to stop wearing a symbol of their chosen religion. After all, in France and the rest of Europe, the women wearing these veils are doing so of their own free choice. Nobody is forcing the Islamic symbol of modesty upon them (like the women of Iran are forced to).
-
So the question has to be asked... why so furious over a symbol? Or better put... "why so serious?"
-
Throughout the term of Sarkozy's presidency the government of France has become more and more corrupt. Cronyism has become the normal way of appointment (much like Obama's picks for the Supreme Court). The bank accounts of France's newly appointed leaders have grown fat while the populous suffers through a worldwide recession. Then to top things off, the fat cats are routinely seen gorging themselves at government funded dinners with their tarts of wives hanging off their arms.
-
Yet these "moral" authorities are the ones leading the charge against the many different Islamic headscarves?
-
No feminazis here. Not even a single woman on the line actually. So you have to ask the question... "why so serious?"
-
It isn't like the Muslims are asking ol' saint Nicolas to wear a burqa. They aren't even asking his wife to wear a simple headscarf. Yet the president is the only real political leader leading the charge in France.
-
The only explanation outside of statewide corruption is isolationism. Over the years more and more foreigners have been moving into the European Union. Many of these are beginning to come from nations where Islam is the major religion. Many more are coming from areas of the world where white is not the normal skin color.
-
Now that France is seemingly being "overrun" by Muslims it is starting to drawl the line in the sand. Even though in no way are these devout Muslims trying to overtake the Christian West, France's natives are feeling threatened. And this right wing President is beginning to feel the pressure of religious and ethnic tensions.
-
But my money is squarely on the fact that Sarkozy is running a corrupt organization and wants something to take the focus off him and his government.
